FAQ

 1. Can I register only as a translator or an employer or I can have one account for both activities?

You can use one account and act as a translator and as an employer. It is very useful for those who earn money making a wide spectrum of translations. In this case you can translate some of the projects by yourself and others you can outsource acting as an employer.
After the registration which is free you will automatically have an account as Translator and Employer. 
 

2. How to register a free Translator account?

It is very easy and absolutely free!
Just go to registration and fill the blanks. 3 steps registration take from 2 to 7 minutes. Email is obligatory. After conforming email address you can add information in your profile and start working. To get some advices & tips about creating a good profile, you can read here.
 

3. Why I still didn’t receive a confirming email?Be attentive during filling the field “email”. Be sure that you have typed the correct email address. Receiving confirming email can take from 1 minute to 1 hour. If you didn’t get it, please, contact our support team or try to register once again. 

4. May I not register myself at the Translator-Club if I see all existing projects?

You may, but in this case you can not contact employers. It means you can not start working. Only registered members can cooperate with employers who post freelance translation projects.

5. May I contact a freelance translator directly? How can I see employer’s email, Skype or ICQ?

You can contact employer directly using our contact form. In order to do it, go to the page ALL TRANSLATORS, choose the translator you would like to talk to, and write him a private message using a contact form. We don’t give emails of our freelance translators to prevent spam or flooding.
  
6. Is it necessary to upload my real photo, certificate or license?
No, it’s up to you. The main thing for Employer is the quality of the texts you translate. But nice photo can help you win projects. Employers would like to “see” the person who is going to take care of their translation project. Certificate or license can also show your proficiency and convince employers to choose your bid for the project.
  
7. How much does the registration or taking part in Freelance Translation Projects cost?
All services in the Translator Club are completely free
  
8. Which per cent from my revenue should I pay to translator-club.com ?
You pay nothing. All services are free.
